REGULATIONS “LAGO CARPE DIEM”
GENERAL / CARP FISHING / FEEDER / SPINNING
ACCESS:
All anglers must be members to access the lake and/or bar. Each angler is allowed one guest who cannot engage in any activities. Children under 12 do not need a membership card and can only enter if accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for them. To fish, you must always have a ticket/permit. Guests staying for multiple days must pay a contribution of 5 euros per night.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult to fish at night, who will take responsibility for them.
IT IS MANDATORY TO ALWAYS STOP AT THE ENTRANCE AND INFORM MANAGEMENT OF ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES.
Visitors or friends/relatives MUST always ask for permission to access the lake.
FISHING EQUIPMENT AND RIGS:
The use of barbed hooks and braided line on the reel is PROHIBITED; the latter is only allowed as a leader. The minimum allowed diameter for reel line is 0.30mm. THE USE OF ZIG-RIG or any form of floating rig is PROHIBITED.
Direct baiting on the hook is PROHIBITED.
Weights must always be set to drop off. The weight must always be able to slide off in case of line breakage.
The fishing ticket includes a maximum of 3 rods, with the option to use a fourth by paying an extra contribution of 5 euros per day.
For SPINNING, the use of line with a minimum diameter of 0.20mm is ALLOWED, and the use of treble hooks only with crushed barbs is ALLOWED.
RELEASE EQUIPMENT: CARP FISHING / FEEDER:
The use of a “cradle” or “boat” mat (high sides), release sling, and large landing net (minimum 80cm mouth) is mandatory for landing or releasing caught fish. The use of pliers or tongs for unhooking fish is PROHIBITED, as is the use of cloths to hold them still (except for catfish). The mat and release sling must always be wet before placing the fish on them.
SPINNING: For BASS fishing, the use of a landing net is mandatory, not a mat, but it is MANDATORY for pike fishing.
The use of pliers for spinning is allowed.
ALLOWED BAITS AND FEEDING:
boilies, pellets, stick mix, liquid stick. Feeding with groundbait and/or aggregates is only allowed with pva and/or similar or on feeder-type weights, always in minimal doses. The use of grains, flaked corn, and live baits is PROHIBITED.
ALLOWED FEEDING TOOLS:
cobra, spoon, catapult, pva.
The use of a bait boat in any mode is prohibited, and all tools not listed above are also prohibited.
IN THE WINTER PERIOD, FEEDING IS ONLY ALLOWED WITH PVA.
WASTE:
Disposal is always the responsibility of the producer. We can dispose of sorted waste with a contribution of 2 euros per day per angler.
An exception is made for waste from our Refreshment service, in which case disposal will be free.
POSITIONS:
They must always be kept clean and tidy. Rods must be close to the numbered peg. Positions should never be left unattended if the rods are in use.
For those fishing SPINNING, moving around the entire perimeter of the lake is allowed, ensuring a minimum distance of at least 5 meters from other equipment and lines.
CARS:
can only access to reach your position and cannot be moved until the end of your stay. They must be parked safely and orderly, preferably near the fence.
Vehicle entry and exit times: from 8 AM to 9:30 AM and from 4 PM to 6:30 PM.
BELLY BOAT / BOAT:
Fishing is always allowed by reservation, and the use of a life jacket is MANDATORY.
INSPECTIONS:
can be carried out by us or by a person authorized and trusted by us. These inspections are intended to ensure safety, respect for the environment, fish, animals, and all people who visit the lake. Anyone who does not comply with the regulations will first be reported and, if necessary, removed.
THE ENVIRONMENT, FISH, AND ANIMALS:
Must always be respected and protected. Remember that you are guests; they live here. It is PROHIBITED to damage or mistreat any animal or plant species.
Fish should be kept out of the water for the shortest time possible and must ALWAYS be kept wet.
Caught fish must always be released; otherwise, a report will be filed immediately, and a compensation of 100 euros per kg will be requested.
We always recommend applying DISINFECTANT to the fish once unhooked or on any wounds.
ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION OF SWIMMING.
FOR ANGLERS AND NON-ANGLERS, DAY OR NIGHT, FROM A BOAT OR IN ANY OTHER SITUATION, “CARPE DIEM” DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEFT, DAMAGE, ACCIDENTS, OR DEATH.
